Sounds a little crazy right? Well, that scenario pretty much describes "Space Live: Advent of the Net Idols" and seeing as how we at A-to-J Connections are no strangers to idols, we decided that this is one game we'd have to check out! Platform(s): Nintendo Switch If there’s one thing that the Wii has taught us, it’s that popularity means shovelware. When I first looked at Party Planet for the Nintendo Switch that’s exactly what I thought would be the case here. Much to my surprise, that didn’t end up being the case. For you Touhou fans out there, you’ve been watching and waiting for the new spin off fighting game to appear. For the Western Touhou fans, you’ve been looking to the sites for when it comes out over in Japan. Good news to both of you! A release date has been confirmed.   Player(s): 1
Platforms: Android, iOS In case you’ve been in a cave for the last decade or so and don’t own a smartphone, you’re likely aware of the endless runner genre of game. Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom is a take on this genre with a Sonic coat of paint.  There’s a pretty good chance if you’re a non-Japanese Monster Hunter fan, you’ve not played a Monster Hunter on a non-handheld system. Heck, I’ve only played a little bit of one of the PS2 games solely because of college roommates. I didn’t get real into the franchise until 3G’s release, and even then it wasn’t until 4G’s release where it cemented itself as a franchise I actively wanted to play, whether single or multiplayer. Monster Hunter World sees the franchise return to home consoles (and eventually seeing it launch on PC for the first time in a way that isn’t that awful Chinese MMO), and if the beta is anything to go off of, it’s a glorious homecoming.

In it they expand a little on the previous installment, adding some more lovable characters that turn the life of our protagonist upside down.  Player(s): 1
Platforms: PS Vita, PlayStation 4 Trying to put Rabi-Ribi into a single genre is an impossible task. It's part Metroidvania action RPG, part bullet hell shooter, and part retro-themed platformer. There are other genre elements in there too. Previously released on PC, Sekai Project is now bringing Crespirit's love letter to classic gaming to both the PS4 and the PS Vita!
