Platforms: Game Boy, 3DS (Virtual Console) With the popularity of the Game Boy system, Capcom decided they wanted to capitalize on this by releasing a portable series to coincide with the console counterparts of Mega Man. We took a look at "Bungo Stray Dogs" quite a while back and we were taken away with its unique plot and writing. Flash forward to today and Abitioni Co., Ltd. has unveiled the official site for "Bungo Stray Dogs: Tales of the Lost", the upcoming mobile puzzle RPG based on the hit anime. Along with this they've also announced the start of its pre-registration campaign.

Platform: NES, Mobile, Wii, PS3, PS2/GCN/Xbox (via Anniversary Collection), PC/3DS/PS4/X1/Switch (via Legacy Collection) Is it possible to improve on Mega Man 2, often considered the pinnacle of the series? Well regardless of how possible it is, Capcom certainly tried their hardest to make Mega Man 3 unique and fun in its own way while retaining the identity the franchise had built for itself. Platforms: NES, Android, iOS, PS3, PSP, Wii, 3DS PS2/GCN/Xbox (via Anniversary Collection), PS4/NS/3DS/X1/Windows (via Legacy Collection) Sequels are a great opportunity for a developer to create the definitive experience they may not have been able to accomplish in their first foray. Platforms: SNES, Wii, Wii U, SNES Classic We recently got an unlikely crossover between Mario and Rabbids, but this isn’t the first time something insane has happened. Back in 1996, Square Enix (then Squaresoft) and Nintendo entered an extremely surprising partnership. Nintendo gave Square the reigns over making a full-fledged RPG based around Nintendo’s most beloved franchise: Mario. Despite being a shocking partnership, it ended up creating one of the most interesting entries in the entire history of the franchise. |
