Legendary Shibuya Kei musician Hideki Kaji has been putting out music since the mid-90s and he recently announced that his 18th album, titled "GOTH ROMANCE", is set to drop on June 5th! Having been active for every twenty years we're very intrigued to hear what kind of music "GOTH ROMANCE" will bring. It'll be priced at 2,800 Yen+Tax and will include twelve tracks. This announcement also comes with the added bonus that most of Hideki Kaji's music will be easily accessible to fans worldwide. Some releases available for the first time. His original albums: "MINI SKIRT" (1997), "TEA" (1998), "15 ANGRY MEN" (1999), "the fireworks candy & puppydog store" (1999) are currently available on Apple Music and Spotify as are the EP and singles: "AUGUST EP" (1998), "MR.SWEDEN" (1999), "Queen Sound Bubbles Again" (1999).
His breakthrough debut album, "MINT SKIRT", is also available in a deluxe edition and includes the hit songs “A SMALL, GOOD THING” , “HEY HEY BABY POP” and collaboration track with Cornelius “THEME FROM THE FIRST QUESTION AWARD ~SCHOOL’S OUT~”. The B-side track “~Johnny, Johnny~” from Queen Sound Bubbles Again was also the ending theme song of Momoko Sakura’s TV animation “Coji-Coji”.
