 Ami Sakguchi is only turning 20 years old this year and has been performing on stage since 2015 when she was just 13 years old. Following this amazing debut she'd continue performing and releasing independent music until her major debut in 2017; releasing four singles, one mini album, and two full-length albums since then. Her third single, "LION", was used as the opening theme of the anime "Smile Down The Runway", and her most recent single, "Central", is the current closing theme for the anime "Boruto". We were lucky to recently talk to her about her latest music, her songwriting process, and how she's handled the current worldwide pandemic. There's a lot here for current fans to take in, and even more for those new to her and her music. Now, without further ado, let's dive into the interview!
 The fourth new release in as many months from Japanese-Chinese boy band WARPs UP, "SUPERNOVA", now has a brand new lyric video! The video, which includes the full-length version of the song, was released today on the group’s official YouTube account.
 Japanese-American boy band, INTERSECTION, are exploding in popularity in Asia following a number of performances on Chinese variety show "CHUANG2021" which have resulted in their music video "You’re the Reason" surpassing five million views on YouTube!
 Seven Billion Dots is band that is probably best known to A-to-J's readers due their work on "Granblue Fantasy The Animation" and "Boruto", with the songs "Stay With Me" and "Maybe I" respectively. The group formed in 2018 and are made up of vocalist/guitarist Masafumi and twin brothers Ken and Lyo, on guitar and drums We caught up to them recently to discuss their first full-length album, "HOPE", that recently dropped and we discussed everything from the album, the band's origin and message, and how they've been handling the current worldwide pandemic.  Multicultural artist THE CHARM PARK released a new music video for the song "Sunflower" to commemorate the release of his new album "Bedroom Revelations", which includes all his previous music releases. This new album, and the MVs, are now available on all major streaming platforms as well as YouTube.
 Chinese-Japanese boy group WARPs UP released their latest video for the new trilingual trap tune "One Hundred degrees" on YouTube today!
A-to-J only really has one tradition that's lasted from our first year all the way to now: our yearly "Favorite Song" article. Per usual, several A-to-J members pick their favorite song of the previous year and It's amazing how many A-to-J members have stuck around in the more than half decade that A-to-J Connections has been around. This year saw not only a lot of participation from within A-to-J, but also our always eclectic mix of music genres and styles! Now, it goes without saying that 2020 was a tough year for everyone and we at A-to-J had our share of hardships, both as a group and personally. With that said 2020 is behind us and we move into 2021 with hope that things can (hopefully) only get better from here on out.  We recently had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Centimillimental on the eve of his new digital single release: "Hoshi no Aida"! Centimillimental is probably best known for his musical contributions to the anime series "Given", having provided the opening themes for the series, "Kizuato", and the theme for its recently released movie, "Bokura Dake no Shudaika". A very unique artist that creates music in a style that's hard to describe without just listening to it, we discussed everything from his background, his influences, and his thoughts on the "Given" anime and the music he contributes to it. An extended version of "Sit Down" comes to life with a mind-blowing “How did they do that?” video that throws digital and analog elements crashing together – and shot entirely in one take.
