Fans of Aina The End (BiSH) will have cause to rejoice as MONDO GROSSO recently released an MV for "Itsuwari no Sympathy", a song which was released last February, which shows a side of Aina that may come as a surprise to many. This song did feature an earlier release, where it was also announced to be the insert song for the TBH drama "Kimi ga Kokoro ni Sumitsuita", but the video wasn't quite what we were expecting from the track. MONDO GROSSO previously put out an MV for "Labyrinth" last year and while that song is interesting in its own way it is quite different from what you see here. Aina The End provides not only the vocals, but also appears in the video. Now saying she "appears" is something of an understatement as the entire video is Aina in a closed set. Now what follows in the video is better left to viewing rather than words but suffice it to say that it's not going to be anything along the lines of a BiSH release, however boundary-pushing those might be. That said the song itself is probably not one that the average BiSH fan would listen to, bordering more on R&B with some rap thrown in for good measure. Musically different from BiSH or not, it's interesting to hear Aina perform in a different setting and within a different music style. Similar to Aina's collaboration with TEDDYLOID leading up to lots of coverage, and even an interview, we'll be sure to keep an eye on MONDO GROSSO from here on out! Also, keeping in mind the aforementioned releases, and her appearance on the "Thank You Disney" cover album last year, it's interesting to see Aina get so many standalone gigs these days. The video for "Itsuwari no Sympathy" can be seen below. MONDO GROSSO - Itsuwari no Sympathy MVFor those that don't know MONDO GROSSO is the stage name for Japanese DJ/Producer Shinichi Osawa. He has released several albums under this name across different labels and has spread his skills into other areas such as providing the soundtrack to the PlayStation Portable game Lumines. "Itsuwari no Sympathy" will appear on his upcoming album "Attune / Detune" due out March 31. It's worth mentioning that this isn't his first collaboration with idols by far as he has previously worked with Saito Asuka (of Nogizaka46) on the track "Wakusei Tantora" which was released on his previous album. Be sure to check out the new album when it's released!
