Liyuu Announces Fourth Single & Blu-ray Release

Liyuu, a singer and cosplayer signed to the Lantis label is set to release her fourth single, titled “bloomin’”, on August 30. Details on this release, as well as some other updates, can be found below.

The title song “bloomin’” serves as the ending theme for the TV anime The Devil Is a Part-Timer! season 2. This lively and warm-hearted song can be heard in the recently released MV that can be found below. The coupling song “Myosotis” is the theme song for the Japanese dubbed version of the animated movie The Castle of the Terracotta Warriors. This song, which evokes a grand scale, is scheduled to be released on various music platforms starting from July 6. Its MV can also be seen below.

Furthermore, Liyuu’s first concert tour “LOVE in koii”, which took place in April 2023 in Nagoya, Osaka, Yokohama, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, will be released on Blu-ray on September 27. In addition to the main footage of the Yokohama performance, the limited edition includes a bonus disc with behind-the-scenes videos from each city and other exclusive footage.

​Liyuu Profile
A singer and cosplayer from Shanghai, China. Her stunning visuals have earned her a massive following, with over 1 million followers on Weibo, 690,000 on Twitter, and 620,000 on Instagram. In January 2020, she made her debut as an artist with “Magic Words,” the opening theme song for the TV anime Hatena Illusion. In February 2022, she released her first album “Fo(u)r YuU” and performed her first solo concert at Pacifico Yokohama National Grand Hall. The bilibili live stream of the concert, held in Liyuu’s hometown, attracted 7,000 viewers and became the highest-ranked concert live stream from Japan. In April 2023, she held Liyuu Concert Tour 2023 “LOVE in koii,” which included performances in her home country of China (Shanghai and Guangzhou) for the first time.
