"Dead Bride" is an homage to 1980s and ’90s new wave and goth rock, a sound awash with unique reverb and delay, resulting in a song that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The lyrics are written on the theme of gothic romance, expressing the feelings of eternal love felt by two paramours whose passion will continue to burn when they meet again in the next world – a truly gothic wedding song that is unmistakably 6XT7.

“‘Dead Bride’ is a very special song to us. It’s a love song that we want to sing to each other and to our fans – a goth wedding song. It’s the goth wedding party we’ve always dreamed of.

“6XT7 is more of a passionate commitment than a band to us. It’s a love letter, a vow to romantically escape this world together, forever. We’d like to invite all of you to join us in our wedding and in our love story.

“This song was written as our wedding vows, with a little bit of a love story added on top. The conversation between the two of us in the lyrics is our pledge of love. In the chorus we shout, ‘I can’t wait for the next life! I want you right now!’ When we first met, we nearly passed each other by. These are the lyrics that form the core of the song.

“Musically, we incorporated a lot of goth music from the ’90s into our own sound. TASZ the all-rounder played drums, bass and guitar, while LISA undertook a lot of research and mixed the music, to create our own goth revival sound.
