Platforms: Nintendo Switch, XBox, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC (Steam) Alchemist: The Potion Monger is a first-person adventure-like game with some RPG elements. You get to explore a world with monsters and town folk alike, sprinkled with items and alchemical brews just the same. As a young alchemist, each potion you make can either be used to better or worsen yourself, and those around you, or be sold for a premium. There are a multitude of potions to be brewed, so you'll be hard pressed to test them all. Even having the ability to brew most items is tough enough, but try to brew some of the more advanced potions and you will be surprised how difficult that can be. Is there enough here for the game to be worth your while? Or will you be brewing yourself an escape potion after just a short while? Let’s dip our toes into the world of alchemy and find out!

Platforms: Nintendo Switch Hello hello hello, it’s Rae with a game that ISN’T an otome game! ...Or at least, it isn’t in the English version. Today we have an idol raising rhythm game! As an old arcade rhythm gamer, I have a long and loving history with rhythm games. DDR was just the start of the obsession to hit those perfect notes to the beat of the music. As an otome game player, I also love a good idol boy raising game. Emphasis on good. IDOLM@STER: Side M? UtaPri? Enstar maybe? Nope! By Teepu Players: 1
Platforms: Nintendo Switch The Legend of Zelda franchise has been around for over 30 years now. Despite the name, Zelda herself has not been the star of a game; until now. In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, players can finally control Princess Zelda in an adventure all her own. Her adventure is quite familiar for fans of 2D Zelda games, but also quite different in ways we'll discuss. |
