Visual Kei Band ACME to Perform Two US Shows This Summer

​ACME made their US live debut earlier this year at Anime Milwaukee and now they're lined up for TWO performances in Texas and California!

For those unfamiliar with the group, here is a bit about ACME. Formed in 2017, ACME’s line-up consists of former DIV members CHISA (vo.) and SHOGO (gt.), former ARTEMA drummer HAL, and bassist RIKITO. Since their debut, they have gained tremendous momentum from their explosive fan response, establishing them as one of the hottest newcomers in the scene. 

The first of these performances will take place at A-Kon 2019 that will take place at Fair Park in Dallas, TX and will be held on June 27-30, 2019. ACME will be attending A-Kon as musical guests and will be signing autographs, hosting a panel, and performing a live concert with other musical guests Shiena Nishizawa and Brian the Sun at South Side Ballroom on June 28th.

Following A-Kon, the band heads to Southern California for a headlining show sponsored by FAKE STAR and Power Level Productions. The show will be held at independent record shop Toxic Toast Records in Long Beach, and the lineup will be joined by Los Angeles-based artists VOIA and RAIF. An exclusive meet & greet with photo op with ACME will follow their headlining performance.

ACME have gained popularity overseas, especially in the United States, through their music and outreach to overseas fans. Last year, CHISA made his runway debut at Anime Expo’s fashion show. This past February, ACME performed at Anime Milwaukee for their first overseas appearance. Following their two-year anniversary as a band, ACME is excited to perform again in the US and connect with even more fans.
