sleepyhead Announces First Full Album and Tour

Fans of Takeru, former vocalist of SuG, have cause to celebrate as some new details regarding his solo project "sleepyhead" have been announced!

March 17th saw sleepyhead's "0th ANNIVERSARY LIVESHOW 'Tomei Shingetsu'" concert at Shibuya's TSUTAYA O-EAST and it was here that Takeru make some announcements.

First announcement was that his first full album, titled "DRIPPING", will be released on June 20 and will consist of 13 tracks with the limited edition coming with a live DVD of the aforementioned concert and a pillow case designed in collaboration with Takeru's fashion brand Million dollar orchestra. The second announcement regarded his first tour which will feature shows in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka which will be kicking off on July 6 at the BasementBar in Shimokitazawa. Lastly Takeru closed with a message to his overseas fans stating: “I would like my album to reach everybody around the world and I also would like to play shows abroad. At this stage it is still hard to realize, but I won’t give up and will definitely take on this challenge. Please keep supporting me.”
