Akinori of lynch. Arrested

Fans of Nagoya Kei band lynch. were shocked today at the announcement that bassist Akinori has been detained and is currently under investigation.

平成 28 年 11 月 22 日に当社所属アーティストである「lynch.」のメンバー「明徳」が愛知 県警に逮捕されたとの連絡が入りました。
 
 現在、事実関係を確認中ですが、当面の間「lynch.」の活動を自粛することといたしました。
 
当社としてはこのことを重く受け止め、反社会的な行為に関しましては厳しく対応してま いります。また警察の捜査には全面的に協力をさせていただく所存です。

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM KING RECORDS
 
Member ‘Akinori’ of ‘lynch.’ was apprehended on November 22, 2016 by the police of Aichi Prefecture.
 
As of now, we are still in the process of confirming things, so ‘lynch.’ will be pausing its activities.
 
We are taking this matter very seriously, and are harshly opposed to acts of misconduct. We also have the intention of full cooperation with the police in their investigation.
 
We offer everyone our heartfelt apologies for the concern and inconvenience this has caused.

Since the group’s formation in 2004, the band has seen multiple different support bassists before Akinori joined as an official member in late 2010. Still under investigation, the exact details of the crime still remain unknown to the general public (it’s possible that it may remain that way).
 
Following the management’s announcement, the band’s other members took to social media to voice their reactions and messages towards the worried fans, with founding members Hazuki and Asanao offering their own individual apologies via Instagram.
