Hentai Matsuri 2025 Cosplay Gallery

Making it all the way to its second year, Hentai Matsuri recently returned to the Handlery Hotel in San Diego. This 18+ only convention has quickly become one of A-to-J's favorite conventions, and this year was even bigger than the first! The con once again had special rules allowing topless cosplays in non-public areas, and there were a lot of risque outfits to reflect those choices. While you won't see anything too extreme here, the gallery might be a bit spicier than you might be used to. Please keep that in mind while perusing, and bear in mind that this is only a small sampling of the amazing cosplayers we saw over the course of the weekend.
