Thunder In The East: A Crash Course On 80s Japanese Metal (Anime Los Angeles 2023) Panel Slides

​This is our "Thunder In The East" panel from ALA 2023. This is one of our more popular panels and we've been hosting it since 2019. There are about seven different versions of this one and Warren and Manuel have switched off writing it. This version was written by Warren for the 2022 con returns and has pretty much kept going with the usual trims, additions, and changes we always do. We will probably do a big rewrite of this one when it returns to conventions so keep an eye out for that. Until there, check this one out!
