16-Year-Old Singer Yuyu Releases English Verion of "fam" Digitally

Yuyu, the 16-year-old Grand Prize winner in the Next Artist category of the “Inucon 2022!” FlyingDog Artist Discovery Audition held last year, recently released an English version of “fam” digitally. Details on the release, and links to listen to it yourself, can be found below.

"fam" is the ending theme of Season 2 Part 2 of The Ancient Magus’ Bride, the anime adaptation of the widely popular manga series by Kore Yamazaki, which has surpassed a cumulative 10 million copies in circulation worldwide.

Struggling amidst the different values and perspectives around her, she discovered a desire to sing songs that resonate with people who, like her, have been saved from despair through the power of music. With this aspiration, she entered the “Inucon 2022!” FlyingDog Artist Discovery Audition at the age of 15, and won the Next Artist category. With her uniquely dark, atmospheric singing voice and talent for crafting lyrics based on her distinctive sensibilities, she is a promising next-generation artist in the internet music scene!
