I've been on a search to find a nice, decent, and cheap liquid eyeliner. My first thought was to head to Daiso here in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. They sell cute and cheap makeup for as low $1.50!!! Most being great quality for the price. Though I've never tried any eyeliners from the shop, I decided to give it a try and experiment with a different brand for once. I chose the cutest looking jar on the shelf: KLEANCOLOR Pixie Jar Liquid Eyeliner! I picked it up and decided to quickly try it on my hand. It was a decent quality! As I tried to screw the top back on, the crystal like upper part snapped off and I thought I had broken it. To my surprise, it was ANOTHER eyeliner!!! The soft kohl pencil tip peaked out. It was a two in one! Both a liquid and pencil liner in one product! I decided to take it. Alright, now for the quality. It's REALLY great for a $1.50 eyeliner! Not the best obviously, but for those looking for a quick pick up, this is a nice product. The liquid part goes on smoothly and you don't need a lot of layers nor does it apply in a choppy uneven way. The only downside is that it is quite shiny when dry, but I prefer matte liners personally, it's no biggie. The pencil, however, broke off quite easily. Though, that sure doesn't mean it's unusable anymore! It's better for gentle use, such as mapping out shapes or softening edges. It's easily blendable too! Both eyeliners are very pigmented and last all day! Really! I used to it to create one of my most recent looks and it stayed on all day! It even survived through a concert late at night! I definitely suggest it to those that are looking for a quick emergency eyeliner or just enjoy buying cheap, like me! Here, I used the pencil part for my crease and the liquid for the rest of my eye: Enjoy!
