Halloween Harajuku Fashion Picnic!

Los Angeles based Harajuku Fashion Meet-ups were created by John Woo and Marcus Chavez along with Monique Lea and Laarnie Barcelon back in November of 2015. These fun and creative meetings  were designed to bring So-Cal Harajuku Fashion lovers together in hopes of helping people have a fun and comfortable atmosphere to express their likes and interests. Not to mention they've even had Harajuku fashion icon Junnyan attend their recent meet up at Anime Expo 2016. The fashion meets happen once per month every month usually in Little Tokyo’s Weller Court. Walking distance from the Little Tokyo Gold Line Metro Station!

In celebration of Halloween season, Lea wanted to showcase her Spooky Picnic pet project. With hard work and planning, they moved this month's meet (October 2016) across the street to Grand Park in order to create a fun and amazing potluck picnic!

It had an AMAZING turn out and I am very glad to say it was a very fun event to be able to cover! With the cooperation of all guests, the small picnic table was absolutely overflowing with food, sweets, and many different drinks! It was incredible to see the dedication and effort from everyone.
