 It's a brand-new year and that means a whole new round of anime conventions! There were several cons that took place this past weekend and Anime Los Angeles was one of the biggest! This four-day con (January 5-8) returned to the Long Beach Convention Center and this time they took over more of the convention center than 2022. This growth was a good thing as attendance was high and ALA never really seemed to have a down moment. Of course this means that there were a lot of awesome cosplayers and here we are bringing you a small sampling via a series of galleries! Comic Con recently returned to he Los Angeles Convention Center this past weekend and it seems to be settling into it's new end-of-year convention spot well these days. Always one of the biggest events in the area it attracts attendees from all over with its wide away of panels, guests, and special events. Naturally this also attracts some awesome cosplayers and we were on site to capture some of them for a gallery for all of you! Also, being an AX branded event, there were a lot of attendees present and several great cosplayers as well. This year saw it move to the San Gabriel Sheraton and the event was a lot of fun despite the usual hiccups that come with being a con returning after several years. The con actually featured several cosplay guests, as well as several cosplaying attendees, and below you'll find a gallery of some of the awesome cosplayers we spotted on Sunday, Day Three, as well as some other cool things!
