ARCANA PROJECT’s “Michikake” Chosen for Second Ultraman Arc Ending Theme

It was recently announced that ARCANA PROJECT, the group that performed the first ending theme for the tokusatsu drama Ultraman Arc, will return to perform the second ending theme for the latter part of the series. Details on this release, as well as comments from ARCANA PROJECT, can be found below!

Ultraman Arc, the latest TV series in the Ultraman franchise, aims to inspire children’s ability to dream, serving as a bridge to a bright and hopeful future. Through the world of Ultraman, it delivers a bright, heartfelt, and heroic image. The second ending theme, titled “Michikake,” will be played starting from episode 14. “Michikake” by ARCANA PROJECT is set to be released on CD on December 25, 2024. The Limited Edition with Soft Vinyl Figure will include a figure of the Ultraman Arc Galaxy Armor Zanki Ryuseiken Color version.

It conveys the idea that the moon changes how it shines when illuminated by the blazing sun, supporting the sun (you), while waxing and waning. ARCANA PROJECT Profile
Usa Sakurano, Hana Hanamiya, Shion Aida, and Hikaru Amano make up the four-person vocal group ARCANA PROJECT, co-produced by DEARSTAGE and Lantis. With a theme based on tarot cards, the group expresses a wide range of music genres through each member’s unique vocals and performances.

They debuted in September of 2020 with the opening theme of the TV anime Monster Girl Doctor. Since then, they have performed theme songs for several anime, including The Aquatope on White Sand, Mononogatari, and SYNDUALITY Noir. Following on from “Meramera,” they will now perform “Michikake,” the new ending theme for Ultraman Arc.
