Square Enix Announces New Final Fantasy XIV, Romance, and Comedy Manga Coming In 2023

Square Enix recently announced new Final Fantasy XIV, romance, and comedy manga titles launching from the Square Enix Manga & Books imprints in 2023. The three English translated manga, Final Fantasy XIV: Eorzea Academy, The Ice Guy and the Cool Girl, and Mr. Villain’s Day Off, will be available for pre-order starting on March 16 and you can read all about them below!

Final Fantasy XIV: Eorzea Academy

Follow Alisaie’s adventures as a high school student at Eorzea Academy as she navigates the merging of two former rival schools, the Academy of Light and the Academy of Darkness. Join all your favorite Final Fantasy XIV characters in this modern-day rollicking high school comedy.
 
Final Fantasy XIV: Eorzea Academy is scheduled for release on September 19, 2023, and will be available for pre-order from Penguin Random House and other major booksellers starting on March 16.

The Ice Guy and the Cool Girl Vol. 1

Sparks fly between the handsome descendant of a snow spirit and the oblivious coworker he has a crush on in this romantic office comedy. An enchanting slow-burn romance that takes the story of coworkers to lovers to new heights within a winter wonderland of emotions! Readers can also look forward to the anime adaptation of this series, which began airing in January 2023 on Crunchyroll.
