"Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends-" World Premiere Screening Announced at Anime NYC 2022

Christmas is coming early to Anime NYC 2022 with the world premiere preview screening of the highly anticipated "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends-"!

Lucky fans will be the first in the world to watch an exclusive screening of the first part (about one episode length) of "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends-" on November 19th in the Special Events Hall at Anime NYC 2022, ahead of its theatrical release in Japan! The event will also feature special guests Aoi Koga (the voice of Kaguya Shinomiya), Yuichiro Kikuchi (A-1 Pictures Producer), and Tatsuya Ishikawa (Aniplex Producer) for a panel before the screening, which will be livestreamed on the Aniplex of America YouTube channel.

The "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War" TV series, which premiered in January 2019, introduced fans to the psychological battle between Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirogane. The series is produced by A-1 Pictures, the same studio responsible for countless hit shows including "Sword Art Online" and "Lycoris Recoil".

Since the show’s premiere, "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War" has won numerous awards including the Newtype Anime Awards 2019-2020 where it won first place in ten categories, including Best Animation Series. The show has also won multiple Anime Trending Awards as well as the Crunchyroll Anime Awards for Best Couple, Best Ending Theme, Best Girl and two consecutive Best Comedy awards.

Shuchiin Academy’s student council room – the place where Vice President Kaguya Shinomiya and Student Council President Miyuki Shirogane met. After a long battle in love, these two geniuses communicated their feelings and, at the Hoshin Festival, had their very first kiss.
