A-kon 2019 Hypercore and Hard Decora Fashion Show Galleries

A-kon welcomed two wonderfully unique street fashion brands, Hypercore and Hard Decora, to grace their catwalk this year, and we were in for a treat!

Hypercore, a street fashion brand by illustrator Hisacy, opened the show, and featured guest model Haruka Kurebayashi in several looks. 

Hypercore's street punk looks are "for boys and girls and zombies", and Hisacy's artwork was big and bold and looked amazing!

Kurebayashi graced the stage again for Hard Decora's turn on the catwalk. Designed by Kamilah Jones, it takes inspiration from decora and fairy kei, and promotes aggressive individuality. 

Hard Decora's aggressiveness is a refreshing take on decora, proving that not all pastels need to be soft.
