Sweet Stop Event at Downtown LA’s Art Walk!

Ever since we’ve teamed up with Harajuku day, we at A-to-J have been getting keener on covering more Japanese fashion-related content. What a perfect way to do so by highlighting a local event by a local J-Fashion brand!

Introducing the sister brands Bling up, BB and B, and Ronova! These three brands cater to fans of sparkly, glamorous, Decora and Lolita accessories and apparel! Bling up is a deco nail brand that takes inspiration from trendy Japanese style nail art! BB and B focuses on sweet and glamorous handmade deco accessories and jewelry for anyone who loves to accessorize. The newest of the bunch, Ronova is a Lolita brand who have an array of beautiful petticoats, skirts, dress, and blouses of the highest quality! I was amazed by their petticoats that can double as a skirt! So much volume in just one skirt!

Bling up, BB and B, and Ronova hosted their first public “Sweet Stop” event in their Downtown Los Angeles boutique! This is super special because to view all the goodies they have you usually need to make an appointment first. The open house occurred during the Downtown Los Angeles art walk which takes place every second Thursday of the month. Some of the highlights of the event were a raffle for some of their items and a livestream of the event! To fully appreciate this event you just need to see how quaint and whimsical the boutique is!

When you enter the charming boutique you will be greeted by a wall showcasing the unique nail designs of Bling up!

On the opposite side you’ll see wall full of the elegant yet sweet apparel of Ronova! Just check out those skirts and petticoats!

When you enter the next room, dedicated to the BB and B brand, you enter a sugar coated wonderland of handmade deco accessories! Check out those phone cases!
