Just be yourself: A Livestream Interview with iDOL Street Group Wa-suta (The World Standard)6/3/2017 On Thursday May 25th at 8:00 PM PST A-to-J Connections hosted a live interview with iDOL Street group, Wa-suta (Wasuta (The World Standard)わーすた) over on our Facebook page! This was a really fun interview which followed our first one with the group almost exactly one year before (Which can be found HERE and HERE) In this interview they answered questions regarding their current releases and tour as even answered some questions given to them by those watching the live stream! This was a lot of fun and we hope to do something like this with them again in the future! Here is a full translated transcription of the interview with a YouTube edit of the original interview at the end. If you ever wanted to know more about Wa-suta then this is your chance!

With their new look and lineup changes, it was only a matter of time before we got some more new music out of the reformed BiS (is it even fair to call them reformed anymore? They're almost three albums into this thing already). Titled SOCiALiSM, the group's latest single is a return to form for the classic punk idols, and stands as probably the best thing they've done post-reunion. Hear SOCiALiSM embedded via Dailymotion below (or click here if that doesn't work). You can also pre-purchase the single via CDJapan (basic or deluxe).

BiS has been relatively silent since the release of Re:STUPiD, but in the past couple days they've re-emerged in various ways, starting with that above photo. As you can see, BiS will be back with a dark new aesthetic for their upcoming single (maybe album?). The photo is complete with two new members, minus Aya Eight Prince, as well as some confirmation that Kamiya Saki is indeed back in the group (let's be honest, it's hard to trust any WACK news until we get some real proof).
We recently sat down with idol group callme to discuss their latest single "Bring you happiness". Seeing as we had interviewed them twice before we decided to do something different for this one. Rather than a standard interview, we settled on hosting this one live via our Facebook page and to bring the audience into the interview itself! It was a fun interview that saw the girls answering questions directly submitted by fans as well as asking fans questions of their own! There were lots of really fun, wacky questions towards the end as well and even an English corner! Be sure to check this one out and if you're curious to see the video of the interview itself, it is located at the end of this article. Be sure to follow us on social media for more interviews like this one!
calllme is a three-member idol group that is unique in the fact that they are completely self-produced. They formed early 2015 and have released two albums and four singles. The three members, RUUNA, MIMORI, and KOUMI were former members of the group Dorothy Little Happy. Their unique sound of upbeat pop music has won them many fans around the world. Their most recent single, "Bring you happiness", is the PR song for the Japanese Pallet Association. BILLIE IDLE isn't the most active group out there, but every time we hear from them it's usually to blow every other group around them out of the water. Today is no different, as the group has released a new MV for a cover of Uchouten's BYE-BYE. BYE-BYE will be featured on BILLIE IDLE's upcoming best-of album, BILLIed IDLE. You can watch the MV below (and let me tell you, this song is WONDERFUL). BILLIE IDLE continues to hold their place as my favorite pop group, period. -Justin PiiiiiiiN, a rock style idol group, announced a couple of hours ago at their live that they are set to disband on 5/5/2017. They had make efforts to get the group popular enough to go to Nippon Budoukan and even held auditions for a new member late last year.
The MV for "Shuttoko Dokkoi" which is on Band Ja Naimon!'s 1st major album released on 3/8/2017, "Kanpeki Shugi na Sekai ni Fukanzen na Ongaku wo♡", was just released yesterday. The song itself is made and directed by Yuyoyuppe, a well known song composer mostly with Vocaloid songs.
On 3/12/2017, it was announced that Hina Aoi would be graduating from DOPING BERRY on 3/30/2017. DOPING BERRY is a group produced by RInahamu (also known as Rinahamu Ichigo) who is known for being in the group CY8ER (ex. BPM15Q) and Strawberry Syndrome. The group just debuted this past summer on 8/10/2016 with their "Yume Kawaii" style seen in many of the groups Rinahamu is involved in.
