It's hard to believe that a new year is upon us, but a new year means new conventions! First up on the calendar is the return of Anime Los Angeles, which recently took over the Long Beach Convention Center this past weekend. Held over four days, the con saw attendees comes from all over the country come together for one of the biggest "small" cons around! Large gatherings of anime fans naturally mean lots of cosplayers attending as well, and as usual we were there to bring you all some of our favorites we saw during the course of the show. Here is the first of our cosplay photo galleries, featuring pics from Day Two (Friday), for you to enjoy. Check it out, and be sure to keep an eye out for more! All photos by Ivan Aburto LA Comic Con returned recently to the LA Convention Center, and this event seems to only be growing in size year after year. Being as it is a large pop culture event, in the heart of Los Angeles no less, it would make sense that it would be attended by thousands of people, many of them cosplayers. Per usual we are here to provide a small sampling of some that we spotted on Sunday, Day Three, for all of you to enjoy! Check it out, and be sure to keep your eyes open for more soon! We've had a long history with this con, and have attended as guests and panelists since its earliest days. We were were happy to attend its 2023 event, which was once again held at the Terasaki Budokan. Even though this is a smaller local event, there were several amazing cosplayers that we spotted during our time there. Per usual, we put together a small gallery of just a handful of the awesome cosplayers who attended the event! Enjoy, and keep an eye out for more to come soon! All photos by Ivan Aburto Anime Impulse OC had its most recent show this past weekend, September 2 & 3, and saw the convention move to the much-larger Anaheim Convention Center.
